Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts for the use of the FlowBridge CRM service (hereinafter "Service") entered into between FlowBridge CRM (hereinafter "Provider") and the user (hereinafter "Customer").
2. Registration and Conclusion of Contract
Registration is done by filling out the registration form on the website. By registering, the customer declares that they accept these T&C. The contract is concluded by the provider confirming the registration.
The customer can use the service for a free trial period of 14 days. After the trial period expires, the service will automatically be converted to a paid plan unless the customer cancels.
3. Services and Availability
The provider provides the customer with the FlowBridge CRM software as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Availability is 99% on an annual average, excluding maintenance work, which is carried out outside business hours whenever possible.
The provider reserves the right to change, expand or discontinue the service at any time, as long as this does not contradict the core functions of the service.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are based on the selected tariff. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including value added tax. Payment is made in advance for the respective billing period (monthly or annually).
In case of payment default, the provider reserves the right to block or terminate the service.
5. Customer Obligations
The customer undertakes to:
- Keep access data secret and not pass it on to third parties
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not to distribute harmful content or viruses
- Respect the rights of third parties
- Immediately inform the provider if unauthorized use is suspected
6. Data Protection and Data Security
The provider undertakes to treat the customer's data confidentially and to process it in accordance with the provisions of Swiss data protection law. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.
The customer is responsible for the lawful collection and processing of personal data stored by them in the service.
7. Liability
The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless legally mandatory. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits is excluded.
The provider assumes no liability for data loss, unless this is based on intent or gross negligence.
8. Cancellation
Both parties can terminate the contract at any time with a notice period of 30 days to the end of the billing period. Cancellation must be in writing (e.g. by email).
The right to extraordinary termination for important reasons remains unaffected. Important reasons include in particular serious violations of these T&C.
9. Final Provisions
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of the provider.
Should individual provisions of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
